Account information: the email address, account password (stored encrypted) and other identity information you provide when registering for or logging in to the Platform.

API call information: the request content, model usage, call timestamps and frequency, billing and balance data generated when you access AI services through the Platform, used for usage metering and settlement.

Device and log information: when you visit the Platform website, we may collect log information such as your IP address, browser type, visit time and pages visited.

Payment information: when you recharge, payment is processed by third-party payment channels. We do not directly store your full card number, payment password or other sensitive payment information.

To provide, maintain and improve the AI inference, GPU computing and related functions of the Platform;

To perform usage metering, fee settlement and bill management;

To safeguard the security of the Platform and your account, and to identify and prevent fraud and abuse (such as malicious calls or attempts to bypass rate limits);

To provide customer support and handle your inquiries and complaints;

To fulfill obligations imposed by laws and regulations (including cybersecurity and content management requirements).

Your personal information is stored on servers within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, and is protected through security measures such as access control, encrypted transmission (TLS) and audit logs.

API keys are an important part of your account security. Please keep them safe and never disclose them to others; losses caused by improper management of your keys shall be borne by you.

We retain personal information for the shortest period required by law and delete or anonymize it once that period expires.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We only share or disclose information in the following circumstances: with your explicit consent; to provide necessary information to entrusted partners such as cloud infrastructure, payment and messaging providers (who may process it only to the extent necessary to provide the services); as required by laws, regulations or competent authorities; or as necessary to protect the lawful rights and interests of us or others.

You have the right to access and correct your account information, and to delete your personal data or cancel your account. You can do so in the Platform console, or contact us through the details at the bottom of this policy.

We will respond to your request within the time limits prescribed by laws and regulations.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login state, remember preferences and improve your browsing experience. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect the normal use of some features.

The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please use the Platform under the guidance of your guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Once updated, it will be published on the Platform and takes effect on the date of publication. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice through in-platform announcements or other means.
