Terms of Service

The Platform provides OpenAI-compatible inference APIs, elastic GPU computing, model access, usage metering and related services. The specific services, available models and billing methods are subject to what is actually displayed on the Platform pages.

You should provide true, accurate and complete registration information, and keep your account and password safe.

API keys are the credentials for accessing the services. You are responsible for all calls made with your keys, including the content of such calls and any fees incurred.

Without our written consent, you may not transfer, lend or provide your account or keys to any third party.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the services for any illegal or improper activity, including but not limited to:

Creating, publishing or disseminating content prohibited by laws and regulations;

Infringing the intellectual property, trade secrets or other lawful rights and interests of others;

Reverse engineering, cracking or tampering with the services, or evading or undermining the rate limiting, metering or authentication mechanisms of the Platform;

Using automated tools to launch malicious attacks, interfere with, or excessively occupy the services in ways that affect the stable operation of the Platform;

Any other conduct that violates laws, regulations or Platform rules.

The services are billed on a prepaid, pay-per-use basis, with specific prices subject to what is displayed in real time on the Platform.

You should recharge before using the services. If your account balance is insufficient, the services may be paused or rate-limited.

Fees for usage already consumed are non-refundable. For unconsumed account balance, you may apply for a refund in accordance with the Platform’s refund rules.

We may adjust service prices based on operational needs. Once adjusted, prices will be charged as displayed on the Platform.

The intellectual property of the Platform and its related software and interfaces belongs to us or the respective right holders.

The content you input into and output from the services belongs to you or the respective right holders. You warrant that the content you input does not infringe the lawful rights and interests of any third party.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the services stable and available, but do not guarantee that the services will never be interrupted.

For service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, third-party reasons or force majeure, we will restore the services as soon as reasonably possible, and shall not be liable for such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Except where otherwise mandated by mandatory legal provisions, our total liability to you shall be capped at the fees you actually paid for the services in the most recent three months.

You may stop using the services at any time and apply to cancel your account, provided that all fees incurred are settled.

If you violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes arising from the services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring an action in a competent court of Shenzhen.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Once updated, they will be published on the Platform and take effect on the date of publication. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the services.
